Brand: logo, colors, contact info
Brand controls the visual identity of every Apexmentum-generated artifact. Update it once — handouts, printed briefs, video pipeline exports, and PDFs all inherit the change.
Where it lives
Brand in the sidebar.
What to set
- Logo — PNG or SVG, transparent background recommended. Appears top-of-page on handouts and as a watermark on video content.
- Clinic name — the exact name you want on patient-facing documents.
- Primary color — used on headings, buttons, and accents.
- Accent color — used for secondary highlights and callouts.
- Contact info — address, phone, hours (used in handout footers).
- Website — used in QR codes on printed handouts.

Tips
- High-contrast logo works best. Dark-on-light or light-on-dark. Low-contrast logos look muddy on video overlays.
- Test one print. Print a real handout after your first Brand save so you can see the exact colors on paper.
- Update once per year. Brand drifts slowly; a yearly review keeps everything current.
