Setting up your Supplements catalog
The Supplements catalog is your in-app product database. It powers the Voice Package sales-review output, which flags supplement opportunities the provider mentioned (or should have mentioned) in a recording — with real product names, doses, and vendors.

Ways to populate it
Manual entry
Click + Add supplement in the Supplements page and fill in:
- Name
- Vendor / manufacturer
- Price
- Body-system tags (Digestive, Immune, Cardiovascular, Nervous, General Wellness)
- Optional description and dose
This is the fastest way to get a handful of high-frequency products live before your first patient recording.
Bulk import during onboarding
If you already have a supplement list — a Fullscript export, a spreadsheet, or even PDF pages from a formulary — send it to us during onboarding and we'll bootstrap the catalog for you (typically 48 hours). Email support@apexmentum.com with the file.
An automated Fullscript / Wellevate sync is on the roadmap — not shipped yet.
Body-system tagging
Supplements are tagged by body system (Digestive, Immune, Cardiovascular, Nervous, General Wellness). The AI uses these tags to match products to case context — a supplement tagged "Digestive" won't get recommended in a cardiovascular consult recording. Tag aggressively during setup so the sales-review output is precise.
Best practices
- Match the names you use in real life. If your team says "Mag Glycinate 400," name it "Mag Glycinate 400" — not the vendor's official SKU.
- Include tiered variants. If a vendor has 30-count and 90-count bottles, add both; the AI will pick the right one for the case context.
- Update prices in one place. Voice Package output pulls the current price at generation time.
