The six Voice Package outputs
Every OneAudio recording generates six independent outputs from the same transcript. You can use one, some, or all of them — they're independent artifacts, not a required workflow.
1. 📋 Chart-note draft
What it is: A SOAP-style clinical note (Subjective, Objective, Assessment, Plan) written in the doctor's clinical voice.
How to use it: Open the recording, review the chart-note tab, edit anything the AI got wrong, and copy the whole thing into your EHR in one paste. There is no automated EHR sync — that's intentional, because every EHR is different and the paste path takes ~10 seconds.
Reading level: Clinical / professional. Not for patient-facing use.
2. 📘 Patient education
What it is: A plain-language handout on the diagnosis or plan the patient just heard. About 8th-grade reading level, ≤2500 characters.
How to use it: Print it, email it, paste it into your portal, hand the patient a QR code that points to it — however you already send education. This is a Voice Package output specifically designed to be given to the patient, not the chart.
3. 💛 Mindset message
What it is: A warm, personal follow-up note (≤600 characters) that lands well 24–48 hours after the visit.
How to use it: Send via text, email, or your usual patient channel. Great for empathetic follow-up on tough visits or between-visit engagement.
4. 🎥 Game film
What it is: Doctor-only or staff-only coaching feedback on the encounter. Like a quarterback watching tape — what worked, what to change.
How to use it: Review in your Coaching tab. The rubric score on the recording is complemented by this narrative feedback.
5. 💰 Sales review
What it is: Doctor-only analysis of the appropriate treatments, supplements, and packages that fit this patient's case — including any that were relevant but not mentioned.
How to use it: Personal reference between visits. Also useful for teaching new providers what your clinic recommends for common cases.
6. 👥 Inner circle
What it is: A shareable summary the patient can pass along to family, friends, or referral sources. Frames the visit as a story.
How to use it: Send it to the patient with permission — great for building word-of-mouth. Not a replacement for the patient education handout.
Editing outputs
- Every output is editable inline. Click into the text and make changes.
- Regenerate on any output produces a new variation with a different angle (not just paraphrased).
- Server-side length caps prevent Claude from overshooting.
