What is OneAudio?
OneAudio is Apexmentum's flagship feature. Your team records a patient encounter, staff conversation, or provider consult on any device — we transcribe it, score it against your rubric, and produce six ready-to-use outputs from the same recording.
The six Voice Package outputs
Every OneAudio recording produces:
- 📋 Chart-note draft — SOAP-style clinical note, ready to paste into your EHR.
- 📘 Patient education — plain-language handout on the diagnosis and plan.
- 💛 Mindset message — warm follow-up note in your clinic's voice.
- 🎥 Game film — doctor-only coaching feedback on the encounter.
- 💰 Sales review — flags treatments or supplements that fit the case.
- 👥 Inner circle — shareable family-and-referral summary.
How it works
- Go to OneAudio in the sidebar.
- Hit the red Record button, drag an audio file onto the recorder, or click 📁 Upload file.
- When you stop (or the upload finishes), OneAudio auto-transcribes, auto-titles, and starts generating outputs.
- Each output is editable — open the recording to preview, tweak, and copy.
What you need
- Any device with a microphone (phone works great).
- ~15 minutes for the recording to fully process (most take a few minutes).
- One recording rubric set up in Setup → Rubric (we build this with you during onboarding).
