Setting up your Treatments catalog

Add your packages, services, and pricing so the Voice Package sales review references what you actually offer.

Setting up your Treatments catalog

The Treatments catalog is where you list every package and service your clinic offers, with pricing. It powers the Voice Package sales-review output — when a recording touches on a case that fits one of your packages, the AI names it specifically instead of describing it generically.

Where it lives

Treatments in the sidebar.

What to add

For each treatment or package:

  • Name — the internal or patient-facing name you already use.
  • Category — group by service type (IV Therapy, Regenerative Cells, Neural Therapy, etc.).
  • Price — either a single-visit price or a package total.
  • Description — brief clinical/marketing context.
  • Savings note (optional) — "20% off single-visit price when bought as a package."

You can add treatments one at a time in the UI, or ask us during onboarding — we bootstrap catalogs from PDF brochures, spreadsheets, or photos in about 48 hours.

Best practices

  • Match the names you use out loud. If your team says "Power Package," name it "Power Package" (not "Executive Wellness Bundle").
  • Include the tiered packages. Both 5-visit and 10-visit variants of the same therapy — the AI needs to see all tiers to recommend the right one.
  • Update prices in one place. Voice Package output pulls the current price at generation time.
