How Coaching scores recordings
Every OneAudio recording is automatically scored against your clinic's rubric within ~15 minutes of upload. Coaching turns those scores into per-staff dashboards, team trends, and drill-down feedback — without anyone sitting down for a formal review.
What gets scored
- Every OneAudio recording — whether recorded live or uploaded from another source.
- Scoring uses the rubric your clinic configured during onboarding (interaction-type specific — a provider consult uses a different rubric than a front-desk check-in).
- The AI listens to the whole transcript, then produces a numeric score per rubric dimension plus a narrative note (the Game Film output).
What you see
Staff view
- Your own recordings, listed newest first.
- Your average score by rubric dimension.
- Your trend over the last 30/90 days.
Manager view
- All team members as cards, showing recording count and average score.
- Click a card to drill into any staff member's recordings.
- Team leaderboards on rubric dimensions.
What the scores are for
Great for:
- Onboarding new staff faster (they see what "good" looks like).
- Catching drift in specific rubric dimensions before it becomes a problem.
- Coaching conversations backed by real recordings, not memory.
Not for:
- Performance-review firing decisions (the AI is not perfect; use it as a conversation starter, not a final judgment).
- Patient-facing metrics (scores are internal-only).
Editing the rubric
Rubrics are set during onboarding and can be updated by clinic admins in Setup → Rubric. If you want to redesign the rubric around your best provider's style, email support@apexmentum.com — we'll book a Rubric Interview Workshop.
