The Apexmentum Community

An opt-in peer feed where clinics share wins, tips, and questions across the whole Apexmentum network.

The Apexmentum Community

Community is the cross-clinic feed inside Apexmentum. It's where practitioners on every plan can share what's working, ask questions, and see how other clinics are using the same tools. Think of it as a private LinkedIn feed for Apexmentum-native clinics — no algorithm, no ads, just peers.

Where it lives

🏘 Community in the sidebar.

What you can do

  • Post a win, a progress update, a tip, or a question.
  • Category tags — 🏆 Wins, 📈 Progress, 💡 Tips & Tricks, ❓ Questions, 💬 General.
  • Like and comment on other clinics' posts.
  • Filter the feed by category or by clinic.
  • Attach an image to any post.

Your name and avatar appear on your posts — the same ones the top-right user chip shows. If you don't want to be identified across clinics, don't post; the feed doesn't have an anonymous option.

Who sees your posts

Every user of Apexmentum on every plan. Posts are not public — you must be signed into an Apexmentum org to read the feed. Nothing in Community is indexable by Google or accessible without an account.

Good etiquette

  • Share specifics. "OneAudio saved my team 2 hours a day" is more helpful than "I love Apexmentum".
  • Ask real questions. Community answers are gold; vague "hey how do I do stuff?" posts get ignored.
  • Don't share PHI. Not names, not chart details, not identifying visit context. If in doubt, redact.
  • No cold outbound sales. Sharing your own products or affiliate links is fine as a tip if it's genuinely useful; blatant "buy my thing" posts get removed.

Reporting problems

If you see a post that violates the guidelines (PHI, spam, harassment), email support@apexmentum.com with the post link. We take these seriously and act fast.
