Welcome to ApexMentum

A quick tour of what ApexMentum does and how to get your clinic up and running.

Welcome to ApexMentum

ApexMentum is a practice management platform built for integrative and wellness clinics. Everything your team needs — scheduling, patient records, intake forms, payments, telehealth, and AI-powered patient education — lives in one place.

What you can do in ApexMentum

  • See patients faster. Add patients in seconds, run an intake visit, and generate a personalized handout in the same flow.
  • Run a polished portal. Give patients a branded portal where they can book appointments, fill forms, message your team, and view documents.
  • Take payments. Connect Stripe to charge patients on the spot or send a payment link. Payouts go straight to your bank.
  • Offer telehealth. Run secure video visits powered by Google Meet, with the link generated automatically for each appointment.
  • Use AI to save time. Turn voice notes into chart notes, generate patient handouts and podcasts from a topic, and produce avatar marketing videos.

The first 30 minutes

We recommend tackling these in order:

  1. Sign up and create your clinic
  2. Add your branding
  3. Invite your staff
  4. Add your first patient
  5. Connect your Stripe account — optional, do this when you're ready to take payments.

Where to find things

  • The left sidebar is your map. Dashboard, Patients, Schedule, and Content & Videos are where you'll spend most of your time.
  • The top-right user menu has your account settings, telehealth meeting links, security settings (2FA, passkeys), and sign out.
  • The 💬 chat bubble in the bottom-right opens our help assistant. It can answer questions about features and pull up help articles. Type human to escalate to live support.

Need help?

  • Browse this help center at /help.
  • Open the 💬 chat bubble from inside the app and ask anything.
  • Email support@apexmentum.com if you'd rather write us directly.

Welcome aboard. Let's get your clinic set up. 👋
