Apexmentum is an AI operating system for integrative and functional-medicine clinics. The core idea is simple: your team records patient encounters and staff conversations — we turn each recording into six ready-to-use outputs (chart-note draft, patient education, coaching feedback, and more) plus per-staff scoring for coaching.
Apexmentum is not an EMR. It sits alongside whatever EMR you already use (PracticeBetter, Jane, ChiroTouch, Athena, EPIC, and others) and adds the coaching + content layer on top. Your patient records stay in your EMR.
