Configure your clinic branding
Your branding is the visual identity that shows up on every Apexmentum-generated artifact:
- Handouts — logo top-of-page, colors on headings and highlights, contact info in the footer.
- Video and Content — logo watermark and end-card.
- Printed briefs and PDFs — logo, colors, clinic contact.
- Community posts — your avatar and clinic name.
Branding takes a few minutes to set up and pays off every time a patient (or peer) sees a polished, on-brand piece of content.
Open Branding
In the sidebar, click 🌐 Brand. You'll land on the branding editor. The left panel is the editor; the right panel is a live preview.
What to set
Clinic name and tagline
Your clinic's full name and a short one-line description. Both appear at the top of handouts and on any patient-facing PDF.
Logo
Upload a square PNG or SVG. Transparent backgrounds look cleanest on light templates and as a watermark on video content.
Primary color
Pick a primary accent color. This drives the button color, links, and heading highlights across every generated artifact. Stick to one color — you can always tweak it later.
Accent color
A secondary highlight color used for callouts and section dividers. Keep it in the same family as primary for a cohesive look.
Contact info
Address, phone, email, hours. These show in the footer of handouts and the end-card of long-form videos.
Website
Used in QR codes on printed handouts if you want patients to scan through to your booking or landing page.
Preview before saving
The right-hand preview updates as you type. Use it to confirm the logo isn't clipping, colors have enough contrast on white, and your tagline reads well at a glance.
Save and publish
Click Save. Changes go live within a few seconds — there's no separate "publish" step. Every handout, video, and PDF generated from that moment on uses the new branding.
Already-generated handouts are not retroactively updated — they were rendered with the old brand. Regenerate any specific handout from its recording to pull in the new brand.
Common questions
Can each provider have their own branding? No — branding is per-clinic. If you have multiple practitioners under one clinic, they share the brand. If you genuinely run separate clinics, those are separate Apexmentum organizations.
Where do logos and uploaded images live? We store branding assets in managed media storage. They're served from a CDN, so they load fast.
How high-res should my logo be? 1024×1024 or larger is safe. We downscale for handouts and video overlays; upscaling looks bad, so start big.
Can I have a custom color palette (three or four colors)? The editor exposes primary + accent, which is enough for a clean visual system. If you have a deeper brand system, email support@apexmentum.com and we can add per-artifact overrides.
