Configure your clinic branding
Your branding shows up in two places that matter:
- The patient portal at
/p/your-clinic-slug, where patients book appointments, sign forms, message you, and pay invoices. - Your public website, generated from the same branding settings.
Branding takes a few minutes to set up and pays off every time a patient sees a polished, on-brand experience.
Open Branding
In the sidebar, click 🌐 Websites. You'll land on the branding editor. The left panel is the editor; the right panel is a live preview.
What to set
Clinic name and tagline
Your clinic's full name and a short one-line description. Both appear at the top of your portal and website.
Logo
Upload a square PNG or JPG. We'll show it in the portal header, on the booking page, and on receipts. Tip: transparent PNGs look cleanest on light backgrounds.
Brand color
Pick a primary accent color. This drives the button color, links, and highlights across your portal. Stick to one color — you can always tweak it later.
Hero copy
A headline + supporting paragraph for the top of your public site. Examples:
Functional medicine for people who are done feeling stuck. We help patients reverse chronic conditions through neural therapy, IV nutrition, and lifestyle medicine.
Services
A short list of what you offer. These appear as cards on your public site and feed into your booking page.
Contact info
Address, phone, and email. These show in the portal footer and on your public site.
Preview before saving
The right-hand preview updates as you type. Open it in a new tab using Open public site → to see exactly what patients will see.
Save and publish
Click Save. Changes go live within a few seconds — there's no separate "publish" step. Patients visiting your portal URL will see your updated branding on their next page load.
What about a custom domain?
You can run your portal on a custom domain like portal.yourclinic.com instead of apexmentum.com/p/your-clinic-slug. Email support@apexmentum.com when you're ready and we'll walk you through the DNS step.
Common questions
Can each provider have their own branding? No — branding is per-clinic. If you have multiple practitioners under one clinic, they share the brand. If you genuinely run separate clinics, those are separate ApexMentum organizations.
Where do logos and uploaded images live? We store branding assets in our managed media storage. They're served from a CDN, so they load fast.
