How new clinics request access, get approved, and receive their first login.

Sign up and create your clinic

ApexMentum is invite-only while we onboard clinics one at a time. Here's how the signup flow works.

1. Request access

Visit apexmentum.com/signup and fill out the short form:

  • Clinic name — what you'd like to appear in patient communications.
  • Your name and email — this becomes your clinic admin login.
  • Phone (optional) — so our team can reach you if we need to.
  • Anything you'd like us to know — helpful for understanding your practice.

When you submit, you'll see a confirmation message. Behind the scenes, our team is notified and will reach out within one business day.

2. We approve and provision

A platform admin reviews your request and creates your organization. This sets up:

  • A clinic record with your name
  • Your user account, with the Clinic Admin role
  • A temporary password (you'll receive it from our team)

3. Sign in for the first time

You'll receive your temporary password by email. Go to apexmentum.com/login, sign in, and the system will prompt you to:

  1. Change your password. Pick something strong — your account controls patient data.
  2. Optionally enable two-factor authentication. We recommend doing this immediately. See Two-factor authentication.

4. Choose how you'll sign in going forward

ApexMentum supports several sign-in methods:

  • Email + password (always available)
  • Google sign-in if your email matches your Google account
  • Apple sign-in for the same idea
  • Passkeys — a passwordless option using Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello, or a hardware key. See Passkeys.

You can mix and match. Many of our clinics use passkeys as their daily driver and keep a password as a fallback.

What if I can't find my invite email?

Check spam first. If it's truly missing, email support@apexmentum.com with the email address you used to sign up and we'll resend.

Next: set up your clinic
