AI avatar videos
The avatar video tool generates short (30–90 second) marketing videos where a realistic AI avatar speaks a script you provide. It's the highest-leverage marketing feature on the platform — what used to require a camera, lighting, and a willing on-camera personality is now a script + one click.
When to use avatar videos
- Social media content. A weekly 60-second TikTok or Instagram Reel on a niche-specific topic, drawing patients to your clinic.
- Website hero videos. A 90-second "welcome to our practice" video on your homepage.
- Patient follow-ups. "Hi Sarah, here's a quick walk-through of the supplement protocol we discussed today" — sent to the portal.
- Educational series. A 10-episode series on common conditions in your niche, embedded on your blog.
Generate a video
- Open 🎬 Content & Videos → Videos.
- Choose + New video.
- Pick or write a script. You can:
- Type a script from scratch
- Generate a script from a topic with one click
- Convert a handout into a video script
- Choose an avatar. We offer a curated library of avatars across age ranges, genders, and ethnicities.
- Choose a voice. (Voice and avatar are independent — you can pair any approved voice with any approved avatar.)
- Pick a setting: a clean studio backdrop, a clinic-feeling office, or upload your own background.
- Click Generate.
Videos typically take 3–8 minutes to render. You'll get a notification when done.
Editing after generation
The preview view lets you:
- Trim the start and end
- Add captions (auto-generated, editable)
- Add a logo bug in the corner
- Choose vertical (9:16, for Reels / TikTok / Shorts), square (1:1), or horizontal (16:9, for YouTube and websites)
Branding
Add your clinic logo and accent color in Settings → Video defaults and they get applied to every video automatically.
Publishing options
- Download MP4 for posting to your own social channels
- Embed on your public site
- Send to a patient's portal for personalized follow-up videos
- Auto-publish to your social accounts if you've connected them in Settings → Social
Limits
Avatar video generation is metered and shared with podcasts and handouts. Your remaining monthly budget is shown in Settings → Usage.
Disclosure
Avatar videos are AI-generated. We strongly recommend being transparent — either include a small "Generated with AI" caption, or pin a comment on social posts disclosing it. Most patients are comfortable with this; misleading them isn't worth the trust cost.
Avatar likeness
The avatars in our library are AI-generated and not real people. You cannot upload your own face or a real provider's face — this is intentional, to keep the feature in a clean ethical lane. If you want videos with a specific real provider on camera, record them yourself and use our editing tools.
