Setup: your onboarding checklist
⚙️ Setup is the single page that walks you through everything a new clinic needs to configure on Day One. You can work through it top-to-bottom in about 30 minutes, or come back and finish steps whenever.
Where it lives

The steps
The Setup page is a step-by-step wizard. Each step has a save button and a green ✅ once complete. You can skip around — nothing is strictly gated on the previous step.
1. Brand
Logo, primary + accent colors, clinic name, contact info. Every generated artifact (handouts, video overlays, PDFs) uses these values. See Configure your branding.
2. Team
Invite your providers and staff. Set roles. See Add staff.
3. Rubric
The scoring rubric your clinic uses for OneAudio recordings. We pre-load a sensible default per interaction type; edit the dimensions to match how you actually want people scored. See How Coaching scores recordings.
4. Treatments catalog
Add your packages and services with pricing. This powers the sales-review Voice Package output. See Setting up your Treatments catalog.
5. Supplements catalog
Add or bulk-import your supplement list. See Setting up your Supplements catalog.
6. Test recording
Hit Record in OneAudio and talk for 30 seconds. Confirms your mic works and the Voice Package pipeline is generating. See Recording your first conversation.
What you can skip on day one
- Community post — introduce yourself later, once you've made a few recordings.
- Video and Content — the AI Video tools work without any setup; you just need Brand to be filled in.
- Custom voice or avatar training — this is a support-assisted step, not a self-serve one. Email us when you're ready.
What you should not skip
- Brand — every generated artifact needs it. Handouts look sad without a logo.
- Rubric — the default is good, but reviewing it once with your team catches "we don't score for that" or "we score for it differently" before your first month of data.
- Two-factor authentication — see 2FA. Turn it on for every user before you record real patient conversations.
Coming back to Setup later
The wizard remembers your progress. Reopen ⚙️ Setup anytime to complete a step you deferred or update an existing setting. Most settings are also editable from their dedicated pages (Brand from 🌐 Brand, Rubric from Setup, catalogs from Treatments / Supplements).
